These are read-only files for those who choose to continue sending their submissions by surface mail. These files are large and may take a couple minutes to download. Fill in the forms' blanks by tabbing to each blank and typing the information. After filling in the blanks, save the form to your hard drive then send it as an e-mail attachment to presaward@asnt.org. Section leaders note: except for filling in the blank fields, alteration of these forms in any manner is strictly prohibited. Any forms that are found to be altered will receive a *2 for incomplete or incorrect submission and no credit will be given. Note: most Web browsers will only allow you to download Word files to your hard disk. Newer browsers, specifically Internet Explorer 5.0 and later, will by default display the document on-screen (with some formatting lost).
