Show Rental Fees Include:
- Floor space, general house lighting and air conditioning.
- Standard drape back-walls & side-rails, with company identification
sign.
- Ten exhibitor badges per booth space reserved per exhibiting
company.
- Twenty-four hour security during move in, show days and move
out.
- Lead System with first booth.
- One full conference registration including conference paper
summaries CD-ROM per booth.
- The registration is placed in your company’s name so
any member of your exhibit staff can use it.
Quality Testing Show Schedule
Set up:
Sunday, November 14 – 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Monday, November 15 – 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Exhibits must be show ready by 2 pm – all crates out of
the hall by Noon
Tear down:
Wednesday, November 17 – 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Thursday, November 18 – 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

Welcome Reception & Exhibits - 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Tuesday, November 16:
