ACCP Level II Certification

About the Program
ASNT widened the scope of its certification offerings to include Level II certification in 1996 with ASNT Central Certification Program™ Level II certification. The ACCP^® Level II examinations include General, Specific, Practical, and Instruction Preparation examinations in five NDT methods (MT, PT, RT, UT and VT). ACCP^® Level II certification meets the requirements of ISO 9712 Level II certification.

Renewal Application for Examined Level IIs (pdf) Only valid for those who entered the ACCP Level II program by examination and are eligible to renew without examination. (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
ACCP Level II Recertification By Examination Application (pdf) This application is for ACCP Level IIs that must recertify by abbreviated Practical examination at the 10-year interval. (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Meeting Attendance Form (pdf) This form can be used to document attendance at local Section technical meetings that earn recertification points. To count for points, the topic must be technical in nature and NDT related. (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
